Sleep plays a powerful role in regulating hormones and supporting overall health. Aim for 7–9 hours of rest each night. Create a calming bedtime routine, think herbal tea, gentle stretches, or journaling to help improve sleep quality.

Manage Stress: 
Chronic stress can intensify PCOS symptoms. Try incorporating relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, praying, or simply spending time outdoors. Even five minutes of stillness each day can make a difference.

Stay Active:
Movement supports insulin sensitivity, hormone balance, and emotional health. Choose activities that you genuinely enjoy, walking, dancing, swimming, or stretching. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Eat a Balanced Diet:
